Pancakes + Protein = a good time, well actually, a good Sunday.

INGREDIENTS:

Buckwheat Flour, Almond Meal, Rice Flour, Rice Protein, Pea Protein, Coconut Sugar, Baking Powder, Maca, Himalayan Salt.

YOU WILL NEED:

1.5 cups Almond Milk

DIRECTIONS:

Pour the dry ingredients into a bowl, add the wet ingredients (you can substitute some milk for water).

Heat an element, add some olive or coconut oil to a warm pan.

Use approx 1 Tbsp per pancake. Wait until it bubbles then flip. Let the other side cook then move to the side.

Layer up and dress how you like. I love Coconut Yoghurt, peanut butter and some dry roasted nuts as a Sunday 'treat yo'self' bruch.

- Your body is your temple, your soul's home.

ALLERGENS:

These products are made with love in a facility that handles peanuts and other tree nuts. Whilst extreme care is taken, date fragments/pitts or natural matter may be present.

Store in a cool dry place.

Made with love in New Zealand with local and imported ingredients.
