DISPATCH

Orders are dispatched within 1-7 business days during sales, launches and the busy times of year such as christmas.

We do aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 days however kindly note there can be unforeseen delays.

If you require your order by a specific date we highly suggest emailing us care@alkemewholefoods.com before placing your order so we can try and make this happen. 

DELIVERY 

Once your order is collected you will receive shipping notification - so you can get excited and book your magic making time in ;)

Times and days of your local couriers are beyond our control once your order has left our possession.

Delivery to rural addresses may take longer than some areas. 

DAMAGED AND FAULTY ITEMS 

If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.  Please email us with photographic evidence and provide full details of condition. 

As stated our products are made from natural ingredients and whilst extreme care is taken you may find a date Pitt/fragment or other natural matter. Please contact us.

CANCELLATION 

Once your order has been confirmed we are unable to change, cancel or add to any aspects of your order. Please carefully check your order details before completing payment. 

REFUND 

alkeme Wholefoods reserves the right to offer only exchanges or store credit (not refunds).

SHIPPING 

Delivery is made by Courier post. Please ensure the delivery address and receivers name for your order is accurate and complete, as we may be unable to change these details once your order has been placed. We will not take any responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you. 

alkeme Wholefoods does not take responsibility for any lost/misplaced orders if you have given authority to leave or have ATL on the given address.
