Perhaps our actual favourite - and that's a tough call. Soft and just sweet enough with a choc chip crunch - your daily 3pm bite of heaven.

INGREDIENTS
Almond Meal, Coconut Flour, Solomons Gold Chocolate Chips, Cashew Pieces, Coconut Sugar.

YOU WILL NEED
3 TBSP coconut oil
3 TBSP rice malt syrup (or maple)
3 TBSP water

DIRECTIONS
1. Pour dry mix into a mixing bowl.
2. Add wet ingredients and mix well.
3. Roll into bite-sized (guilt free) treats.
4. Eat right away, or leave to set in your fridge or freezer.

Set in the fridge or freezer. Makes 10+, depending on ball size.
