Choc Lamington Balls Mix

Remember those Lamington days, the pure bliss of soft sponge, chocolate and coconut? We've recreated it...but in a way that's good for you AND date free! 

INGREDIENTS
Coconut, Coconut flour, Cacao, Cashews. 

YOU WILL NEED
3 TBSP coconut oil
4 TBSP rice malt syrup (or maple)
4 TBSP water

DIRECTIONS
1. Pour dry mix into a mixing bowl.
2. Add wet ingredients and mix well.
3. Roll into bite-sized (guilt free) treats.
4. Eat right away, or leave to set in your fridge or freezer.

Makes 10+, depending on ball size.
