Double Choc Delight

Real chocolate - from Cacao (means its not washed or processed like Cocoa) is one of the best ingredients on this earth for its Magnesium content.

INGREDIENTS:

Dates, Desiccated Coconut, Sunflower Seeds, Cacao, Chocolate Chips (cacao, organic coconut sap sugar, coconut butter), Himalayan Salt.

YOU WILL NEED:

2 Tbsp Coconut Milk or Water, 2 Tbsp Rice Malt Syrup, 4 Tbsp coconut Oil + your good vibes. 

DIRECTIONS:

Simply put the mix into a bowl - add the wet ingredients - think good thoughts as you mix and roll into bite sized (guilt free) treats. 

Set in the fridge or freezer then take a moment to breathe, enjoy and thank yourself for being kind to you.

Makes 11-20 balls or slice.
