Lush Caramel with that sweet salty hit - minus all the sugar and then that sugar crash. These are your perfect 111% guilt free 3 pm treats. 

Dip in dark chocolate for that extra - clean treat #heaven. 

INGREDIENTS:

Cashews, Dates, Coconut Flour, Maca, Lucuma, Mesquite, Himalayan Salt.

YOU WILL NEED:

2 Tbsp water, 3 Tbsp Rice Malt Syrup, 2 Tbsp coconut Oil + your good vibes. 

DIRECTIONS:

Simply put the mix into a bowl - add the wet ingredients - think good thoughts as you mix and roll into bite sized (guilt free) treats. 

Set in the fridge or freezer then take a moment to breathe, enjoy and thank yourself for being kind to you.

Makes 11-20 balls or slice.

You can make me 100% Vegan, or if you are working towards Plant Based but not there yet fully you can use dairy milk (obvs then I'm not dairy free), or eggs instead of flax eggs.

TIP - Make me into Banana Muffins just by using a muffin tray. Add Blueberries, Walnuts or Choc Chips!
