Chocolate and protein in a cookie...well...don't mind if we do. Particularly at 3pm, actually any time with that tea or coffee.

Makes 20!

INGREDIENTS:

Rice Flour, Soloman's Chocolate Chips, Almond Meal, Coconut Sugar, Pea Protein, Rice Protein, Flaxmeal, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Maca, Lucuma, Himalayan Salt.

YOU WILL NEED:

1/3 cup Peanut butter, 1/3 cup rice Malt Syrup, 1/4 cup Coconut Oil, 1/4 cup luke warm Water.

DIRECTIONS:

Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees on bake.

Pour wet ingredients into a bowl and mix.

Pour dry ingredients into a seperate bowl.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry mix. Mix well.

Line a baking tray with non stick baking paper.

Create 1 Tbsp size balls and lay on the tray. Press with a fork, or your hand to flatten.

(makes approx 20 but you can make them smaller or bigger).

Put in the oven. Bake for 20 minutes. Pull out and chill for 20.

Then...enjoy.

Your body is your temple, your soul's home.
